1. I am that I am is the truth.

2. The self is God, "I am" is God.

3. Self remains still without the least ripple.The calm expanse is self.

4. Guru is none other than the self

5. Grace is the self.

6. Two ways to attain Moksha : a. surrender b. Atma Vichara - Self Enquiry

7. Education is learned ignorance

8. Reincarnation exists only so long as there is ignorance.

9. Happiness is born out of peace.

10. Mind is to be annihilated to gain peace.

12. Turn the mind within, then there is no "you" and "I" .

13. The purpose of self enquiry is to focus the mind at its source.Self enquiry is the direct route, an infallible .

14. The ego may take different and subtler forms at different stages of one's practice but it itself never gets destroyed .

15. If you scorch the ego by ignoring, you would be free .

16. Neither the mind nor the ego really exist .

17. The only way to get rid of grief is to know and Be the Self.

18. God is with in you.

19. The body is a mere projection of mind and the mind is the poor reflection of the radiant heart .

20. God is in you but you are not God .

21. No man can end his journey till the allotted time .

22. Arunachala is the heart of Earth and spiritual centre of world .

23. The eternal, unbroken, natural state of abiding in the self is JNANA .

24. Unless the ego is exhausted, the ego will rise again and again .

25. Realization is nothing to be gained afresh . It is already there .

26. Stillness or peace is realization.

27. Enquiry leads you to pure consciousness.

28. If God has created the world, it is his business to look after the world.

29. "I" - "I" is the self, "I am this" is ego.

30. The self is God. " I am " is God.

31. You should surrender to the master or Guru .Then Guru sees your condition, he guides you.

32. The eternal Being is nothing but happiness.

33. God or Guru never forsakes the devotee who has surrendered himself.

34. Those who attain Moksha(birth less situation) in this life, must have passed through all initiations in the former lives.

35. Self Enquiry is JNANA Marga and the same is known as the path of knowledge.

36. The Self Enquiry is only for ripe souls.Others should get necessary training and practice by adopting such methods as suited for them.

37. Other methods can be used along with Vichara Marga.

38. All other methods lead to Vichara - Self Enquiry.

39. Self Enquiry leads to the ultimate truth beyond all religions.

40. Master and disciple etc are merely sign of ignorance
